What We Need to Begin
To create your perfect mouthguard, we’ll need:
An upper impression or digital scan (lower only if required)
Details of the sport played
Your preferred colour or team pattern
Name label details (if required)
If you’re local, we can take impressions at the lab by appointment.
For dental practices, we also provide free local collection and postal service nationwide.
Turnaround Times
Standard turnaround is 5–7 working days, depending on design complexity.
Priority service may be available for tournament deadlines — please call us to confirm before sending impressions.
Care & Maintenance
Rinse after each use and allow to dry in a ventilated case.
Clean gently with mild soap and cool water – avoid boiling or hot water.
Store away from direct heat or sunlight.
Check the fit regularly, especially for children and teenagers whose teeth and jaws are still developing.
